It is with great pleasure that CMG will participate in the webinar Guidelines and Whistleblowing: UNI ISO 37000:2021 and 37002:2021 organized by UNI and Assocompliance, with the patronage of Accredia, on the latest developments in governance.
Following the publication of UNI ISO 37001 (anti-bribery) and UNI ISO 37301 (compliance), two more important elements are added to the emerging body of standards on governance of organizations:
- ISO 37000, which illustrates the principles and key aspects to help governing bodies fulfill their responsibilities so that organizations can achieve their purpose. The standard helps governance manage organizations responsibly and ethically;
- ISO 37002, which provides guidelines for establishing, implementing, and maintaining an effective whistleblowing management system.
Governance standards, managed internationally by the ISO/TC309 Technical Committee and in Italy by UNI/CT016/GL09, open interesting opportunities for the development of new Organizational Models (MOG), addressing a stakeholder audience that goes beyond management itself (CEOs, investors, and boards of directors).
The body of standards is a tool supporting the concept of integrated standardization, considering the clear links between technical and mandatory regulations (UNI ISO 37301 and Legislative Decree 231).
