The fourth edition of the Executive Smart Management (ESM) Master for the Certification of Compliance Managers, organized by APCO, is confirmed for 2025 as a national benchmark for professionals working in governance, risk management, and integrated compliance.
Within a high-level training program, the contribution of Dr. Cindy Martine Grasso stands out. During the session, Dr. Grasso will guide participants through a technical and operational path that explores the strategic role of Compliance Management Systems in accordance with ISO 37301:2021, highlighting how they represent a fundamental lever for creating value, strengthening organizational ethics, and preventing inefficiencies and violations.
Special attention will also be given to the role of the Compliance Manager, analyzed in light of UNI 11883:2022, a standard that defines the skills, responsibilities, and professional requirements necessary to operate effectively within organizations.
Thanks to her international experience and active role in UNI and ISO technical committees, Dr. Grasso will provide a practical and application-oriented perspective on standards, translating them into tools that can be effectively used in a business context.
Model 231 and SMEs: focus of Module 4
On the following day, Saturday, November 22, 2025, from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, Module 4 will take place, dedicated to UNI 11961:2024, the standard that provides guidelines for the adoption of Model 231 in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Although the module is formally assigned to Dr. Alessandro Foti, the presence of Dr. Grasso as a lecturer of the Master and as a recognized expert in 231 compliance strengthens the integrated approach of the entire training program, promoting a unified vision between governance, internal control, and risk prevention.
