Methodologies for the development of business models and the accurate preparation of the Business Plan have taken on an increasingly important role within companies.

Financial forecasting serves multiple purposes: guiding management decisions; formally communicating expectations and future choices to financiers; understanding repayment capacity; and evaluating restructuring plans.

Financial forecasting represents what the company will become in the future in light of the decisions that will be made, such as the investment plan, hiring plan, revenue trends, the impact of the cost of goods sold on revenue, payment terms granted to customers and obtained from suppliers, inventory turnover days, and much more.

Objectives

The half-day training session represents an important opportunity to introduce the topic of historical and forward-looking financial balance analysis, using a Forward-Looking Approach and tools such as the Cash Flow Statement, cash flows, net working capital, and the Business Plan.

Lecturer at major Italian banks in the credit sector and for several business schools in corporate finance.
