On December 19, 2024, CMG Swiss and UNI 11961 were featured in the official presentation of the new standard on integrated compliance with Organizational, Management, and Control Models under Legislative Decree 231/2001. The event, organized by UNI – Italian National Standardization Body, was held as a webinar open to the technical and professional community. The UNI 11961 standard provides fundamental guidelines for integrating the compliance management system (UNI ISO 37301:2021) with 231 Models, thereby strengthening the prevention and control measures adopted by organizations. The document is intended to particularly support the work of Supervisory Bodies (OdV), offering a tool consistent with international governance practices. CMG Swiss, a company active in compliance, organizational models, and management systems, participated as a member of the UNI/CT 016/GL 09 “Organizational Governance” group, which drafted the document. Collaboration in the standardization process and participation in the event confirm the commitment of CMG Swiss and UNI 11961 to the dissemination of advanced, transparent standards in line with international principles of good governance. During the webinar, leading experts including Alessandro Foti (group coordinator), Roberto Fiore, and Lorenzo Rinaldi discussed the operational, jurisprudential, and systemic benefits of the new standard. CMG Swiss will continue to support regulatory evolution and contribute to the development of integrated and effective models in the field of compliance and administrative responsibility of entities.
