UNI/PdR 102 sustainability: CMG Swiss completes its first ethical claim
UNI/PdR 102 sostenibilità: CMG Swiss realizza la prima implementazione etica per promuovere governance trasparente e responsabilità sociale.

UNI/PdR 102 sustainability marks a new milestone achieved by CMG Swiss Sagl, which has successfully completed its first UNI/PdR 102:2021 ethical claim—the Italian reference practice that establishes criteria for the declaration and validation of ethical claims related to responsibility for sustainable development. This achievement strengthens the company’s position as a key reference in governance, compliance, and integrated sustainability.

The project, carried out for a major Italian industrial group, involved the main managerial and operational functions, with the objective of building a structured system of verifiable ethical claims aligned with ESG principles and the Sustainable Development Goals of the 2030 Agenda. UNI/PdR 102 provides a methodological framework to express, in a transparent and measurable way, a company’s voluntary commitments in areas such as ethics, environment, human rights, safety, and governance.

Thanks to the support of CMG Swiss, the organization was able to identify and document its responsibility claims by defining concrete objectives, performance indicators, and monitoring criteria. Key activities included the drafting of the Ethical Claims Register, context analysis, stakeholder mapping, and the internal validation of the system—an essential step toward future external assessment.

As highlighted by Cindy Martine Grasso, CEO of CMG Swiss Sagl: “UNI/PdR 102 represents a new frontier for corporate credibility, enabling companies to concretely demonstrate their ethical and social commitments.”

With this first UNI/PdR 102 sustainability achievement, CMG Swiss reinforces its mission to promote transparent and responsible governance models capable of generating trust, value, and sustainable development.
