{"id":4817,"date":"2023-06-01T17:41:00","date_gmt":"2023-06-01T15:41:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cmgswiss.com\/?p=4817"},"modified":"2026-05-08T11:09:26","modified_gmt":"2026-05-08T09:09:26","slug":"legislative-decree-231-2001","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cmgswiss.com\/en\/legislative-decree-231-2001\/","title":{"rendered":"Legislative Decree 231\/2001"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Legislative Decree 231\/2001<\/strong> introduced in Italy the principle of the administrative liability of companies for unlawful acts resulting from crimes committed by one or more of their representatives that benefit the company itself.<\/p>\r\n<p>The legislation provides for specific crimes for which the company may be punished with significant financial penalties.
