And the more I understand it, the better I can reduce its impact.\r\n\r\nSo I ask myself \u2014 and this is a question I also pose to you \u2014 is there a concrete way to truly know the risks before they manifest?\r\nMy answer is yes. And, from experience, I can tell you that everything starts with internal communication.\r\n\r\nOften considered a secondary element, internal communication is actually the first strategic lever I activate when I want to prevent errors, improve processes, and reduce uncertainty within a company.\r\nWhen a problem is complex, communication becomes indispensable. It is the network that connects people, information, roles, and responsibilities.\r\n\r\nAnd it is precisely in these contexts that understanding risks takes on strategic value. It is not just about exchanging information, but about creating culture, alignment, and shared responsibility.\r\n\r\nHow many times do we let ourselves be blocked by unclear messages, implicit demands, or information that does not arrive\u2014or arrives incorrectly?\r\nWe focus on what doesn\u2019t work or who made a mistake, but we rarely pause to reflect on what truly makes an organization work: clear, consistent, and authentic communication.\r\n\r\nI firmly believe that synergy cannot exist without good communication.
